Referee Contact list

Availability:

I now need your availability for August and September.
We are going to use a new system this season called
'Whos-the-ref'. All availabilities, fixtures and Appointments will be published here. We will also continue to publish the appointments on the website too.
When you first logon you need to follow the following to setup your own password.
'Go to www.whostheref.com then click the login link at the top right. Click Reset password, then follow the instructions. The system will send you an email which includes a link, sometimes this link cannot be clicked which means you need to copy the whole link and paste it into the address bar of your web browser. You can then enter your new password, return to the log in screen and log in.'
You can enter your availability direct - when you log on you will see Contact Availability on the menu. The system assumes you are not available unless you say you are. Also it allows you to enter you
r availability for each day of the week.

 A referee (or any other official) must be available before they can be appointed. I think most referees calendars have been set up, it is up to the referee to now fine tune it. If a referee is showing on the appointments screen as not available, then that referee has either: not set up the calendar, or, made themselves unavailable. If they have not yet set up the calendar, then all they need to do is log in, go to Contact Available, click view – this will set up their calendar using the defaults as per the tick boxes on the main contact record.
