*I would like to clarify that a ‘star’ grade means that we believe that you have displayed potential and we would hope we will be able to up-grade you in the near future. If after a season you have not made the next grade you will return to having an un-starred grade. Normally, up-grading occurs following a grading meeting but it is possible to be promoted between meetings.
