Ed has been refereeing senior rugby matches since 2022.
He enjoys refereeing all levels of the community game, but especially ladies rugby, “they tend to listen more”.
Ed’s aim is to facilitate a flowing game of rugby, with all participants leaving the pitch smiling, win or lose.
Ed is currently the training officer for the society, with additional responsibility for maintaining the society website. He is also a member of the RFU casual workforce, delivering ERRA and ITR training courses.
