Marcus Monier-Williams

Referee Bio

I started playing with a leather ball with yellow laces in 1976, played through school and the Army, became Chair of Swanage & Wareham Mini & Youth alongside refereeing for D&W and the Army and Combined Services (UKAF).  

I served on the ExCo of the Combined Service Rugby Board for 4 years, am a member of both Army & D&W Discipline Panels and a MoD/PR, and as well as intending to carry on my refereeing I am currently Chair of Dorset & Wilts Society of RFU Referees.

We are a forward thinking Society and are actively looking to increase the number of referees available to cover the games throughout the Counties and support new referees to accomplish the highest standard possible at whichever grade they reach.
