Hi my name Tristan, I’ve been refereeing for a few years now and as a ref I’m looking to always push myself every time I get given and always willing to learn from every situation.
I’ll be looking to get a nice smooth flowing game each time with that use of advantage play, I wanna see a clean and well played game from both sides with great sportsmanship from everyone on and off the pitch.
We are a forward thinking Society and are actively looking to increase the number of referees available to cover the games throughout the Counties and support new referees to accomplish the highest standard possible at whichever grade they reach.
