The society will communicate with you in a number of ways:

1. WhosTheRef – You will receive emails from your WTR profile (please add whostheref to your email whitelist to avoid important emails going to your junk mail):
   1. Informing you when you have been appointed to a match.
   2. If the details of an appointment are changed or it is cancelled.
   3. Details of events, such as training evenings.
   4. Messages from the committee.
2. Society Website – The website is updated regularly with a news feed, including law changes and clarifications, promotions, notification of events etc. It is also a source of information including policies, meeting minutes, forms etc.
3. Society Facebook Group – The society has a Facebook group, open only to society members. It is a place where you can ask questions about refereeing and the society and is also used to reinforce messages from the committee.
4. Training meetings – The monthly training meetings are used as an opportunity for committee members to provide updates, to discuss questions of law and refereeing process and any updates and clarifications from the governing bodies.
